Why We Chose The Yeti Half Gallon Jug: Super tough, good insulation, long-lasting
This is the kind of item that’s perfect for those weekend camping trips, whatever the conditions. In summer, you can use it to keep your water nice and chilled, while in the colder months it’ll serve as your group coffee flask, guaranteeing you nearly two litres (1.9L) of hot chow hours after the kettle boiled.

It’ll also work as a handy container for those days where you’re off by yourself and want something to serve you for the whole 24 hours. It’s perfect for fishing trips, time at the beach, kayaking adventures – all that kind of stuff.
The Rambler Jug is made from an incredibly tough kitchen-grade stainless steel that’s double walled for vacuum insulation. It’s not going to dent if you accidentally drop it onto a rock, it’s very scratch resistant, it’s rustproof and it’s even dishwasher-friendly too.
The inch-thick insulated lid twists on and off and has a large pour spout that’s covered by a little cap and this, rather cleverly, can be stuck via magnets onto the jug’s lid. Why? Just to make it harder to loose.
Then there’s that big steel carry handle. Not much to say about this really, other than it’s, well, just quite handy.
Bear in mind that there’s also a bigger one gallon version of this. If you’re looking for something for, say, a group of over five or six, that’ll be the one to go for.
