We’ve been testing out the new Paramo Fuera Classic Smock on a very wet backpack through the Brecon Beacons, a wet hike around Buttermere in the Lake District and then on a steep run up the slopes of Skiddaw.

This is very different to the kinds of outdoor jackets you normally see. It’s an item that brings wet weather protection but without the kind of clamminess you get with waterproof jackets. And, as Will’s guest in this episode shows, that makes it a very useful option for those higher tempo trips.
