We’ve just published another episode of my weekly vlog, this time taking a look at Adidas Terrex‘s brand new Free Hiker shoe.
In the video I explain why this is definitely a shoe/boot I’d want to wear on something like the Appalachian Trail (if I ever get to walk it) and why I’ll be looking to wear it on my next hot weather trail hike.
There’s also a little test of the Adidas Terrex Free Hiker’s ability to withstand the blade of a Stanley knife (to the midsole anyway). The results were actually quite surprising.
If you find this review interesting, you might also enjoy my previous Inov-8 Roclite 345 video review. Plus, there’s more from me on long-distance walking gear in the video ‘My 100-Miler Kit List‘.
As always, it would be great to hear from you if you’ve ever tested out the Free Hiker yourself, just head over to my Adidas Terrex Free Hiker review on Youtube and comment beneath it.
