It’s been a long time in the making but now the Fjällräven Classic has finally come to the UK – and I was there to take part in it alongside our deputy editor Jordan, who kindly lugged a camera and drone along with him.

The Classic UK involves three to four days of walking and camping along a 63km route through the mountains of the Cairngorms, arguably the wildest part of the UK. The journey takes in gaping glens and ancient woodland and offers up some of the finest vistas you’ll find in Scotland.
People from all over the world assembled for the 2022 event, all to be part of something pretty special. And it did not disappoint.
