The Velez Windproof is a lightweight and easily packable jacket, perfect for running, cycling, walking, and especially changing weather conditions.
Thin but mighty, the Nikwax Duology Windproof fabric uses a closely woven microfibre fabric that cuts windchill and protects your insulation whilst providing excellent moisture vapour transfer. A Nikwax PFC-free durable water repellent treatment deflects the rain.
It’s also easy to stay cool, with two zipped forearm vents, as well as mesh-lined torso pockets, which are great for both storage and for quickly dumping heat.
On the other side of the coin, the Velez Grid Baselayer is a loose-fitting, comfortable garment, designed to be worn with the Velez Windproof.
The tricky task of staying both warm and cool is tackled by the Velez Grid, using Parameta G fabric with a zoned mesh Pump Liner under the arms and across the back for instant temperature regulation and sweat management.
An overlapping neckline and hood also help to offer maximum coverage, while the thumb loops keep your hands and wrists toasty, while also helping your cuffs stay in place under your windproof layer.
The casual fit also means that the Velez Grid can be worn as either a baselayer or midlayer, depending on the weather conditions.
