Released just this week, The North Face have added a new floral-inspired collection to their Summit Series trail running line. Including the Summit Run 10L vest , the Summit Vectic Pro 3 shoes, the Summit Superior Futurelight jacket and more, a whole range of TNF items are now available in this unique, new design.
Taking inspiration from the resilience of alpine flowers, The North Face collaborated with athletes Jon Albon and Fernanda Maciel to produce this collection.

Specifically, the athletes were inspired by the adaptability of alpine flora and how hard these flowers work to thrive in harsh environments. They compare this to trail running where learning to persevere through tough terrains and challenging climates is often vital.
The collection is centred around the Summit Vectiv Pro 3 shoes in particular, which actually made it onto our ‘Best Trail Running Shoes’ list earlier this year. Tried and tested by OM editor and trail runner Will, he said, “These are the plushest and most cushioned shoes in this round up – and potentially within the wider market. They also feature a carbon plate within the midsole and a highly pronounced rocker geometry. The result? I found this to be a shoe that completely prioritises long-distance comfort.”
